THE CALL OF THE GODDESS

Faithful servant, hear the call of your Goddess. Reify Her this day with form and substance, that you may reside within Her and once again be as one; She will thereby provide you comfort in this, your time of need. Hear Her call, and obey.

Being a mercenary for hire was always an interesting job. The work took you to many strange and facinating places. Unfortunately, it also took you some very dark and unwelcome places.

Such as the inescapable, direbadger filled canyon swordsman Flint Ironstag and his mage partner Haruka Ariadust had found themselves trapped in.

It had started like a routine quest, some old fart requesting they check out an old temple, find the treasure within, and bring it back to the starving villiage so the townsfolk could buy some food. Pretty simple really.

Sarah peered down at the field, looking at the arriving helium tanks.  There were three tanks, each one of them bigger than the officials that were struggling to wheel them onto the track.  Sarah watched Sandy, still inflated, stride across the rubber track and help one of the officials heft one of the tank-laden hand trucks up past the concrete lip around the track.  The distended woman grunted slightly with the effort of bending at her massively inflated waistline.  

"There you go, Susie," the Doctor said. "Those new implants have a computer chip inside that will prevent an overinfluction of saline and oxygen, thus helping you retain perfect health."

"Thank you, Doctor," Susie said, cupping her new E-sized breasts in her hands. She hugged the Doctor, giving him a faceful of her eye-popping cleavage.

"No, thank you," said the Doctor. "We've been wanting to test these computerized implants for a long time. You're the only person who wanted to try them."

"Only me?" Susie asked.
