From the outside, it was bland and ugly. A huge, grey block of a building, fully one hundred and fifty feet on a side, and about one hundred feet tall, it sat there with nothing aesthetic to recommend it. Some sort of heavy machinery, like large air conditioning units, covered the roof, and from the street, only one, small door was visible. There were no windows on any of it's unadorned sides, and only a smallish brass plaque gave any clue as to the contents.
