The day started off with a family breakfast, soft buttery toast, fried egg and bacon. Susan Parr, also known as Elastigirl, enjoyed her breakfasts in the morning… that was, however, until her rather arrogant husband Robert Parr, also known as Mr Incredible, brought up the fact of how fast his son was, which encouraged him to use it to mischievous advantages. Robert and Susan had both retired from superhero work the previous year, however there were some very rare occasions when the couple went out to solve crimes.

As I tried to open the door to the local joke shop i found that it was locked. This was really weird for a thursday afternoon, the window bars werent even down yet so i knocked on the glass. A small elderly man walked out from the back with a disturbed look on his face. He opened the door and spoke.

"what do you want?!" he growled

"I wanted to come in and look around to find something but the door was locked..are you closed?" i asked.

His face contorted like he was sucking on a lemon

"well the door is locked isnt it?!" he asked angrily.

"Hey, you." said a familiar voice as I entered the shop. I looked up to see Sophie smiling back at me.

"Hey. Busy day?"

"Ugh, no. It's been so dead in here, I considered closing up and going home. I mean, who would know?"

"I would..." I said playfully. "I could get you fired!"

"Yeah but then they'd replace me with someone else who probably wouldn't give you free stuff."

"Well you've got me there."

"So, what will it be?"
