What's the best way of doing a fake belly inflation

I've tried using a garbage and fill it with water, but the water gets too heavy and it keeps falling down.

 

I don't have a beach ball, or thick balloons, couldn't buy inflatable bellies either because they can be expensive.


 I'm wondering if there's any advice on doing fake belly inflation?

I'm assuming most of you guys know these videos, but the Inflate-A-Babe Amber videos on YouTube are absolutely amazing clothes stuffing videos and you should check them out. But, does any one know if there were any more made of her or others? What is your darkest inflation fantasy? No need to get overly detailed when expressing it. I am just curious. Or maybe the darkest, more disturbing inflation you've seen or read. 

 

I hate asking a simple question like that, but the reason I ask is because lately when I write inflation stories they have been pretty dark. Sometimes they have a happy ending, other times not. Most recently about a female super hero who loses control of her inflation powers and nearly kills herself and a friend.
