I've been debating whether this would be inflation related or not since it has more to do with everything but the people turning into balloons. The show is an anime and obviously aimed at kids. The video has closed captioning if you want to somewhat understand what they are saying.

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to retain stomach inflation for a long period of time by using the long inflation method as said in nineteen lysine videos

I remember seeing a story on deviantART a while back, and something about it really caught me, so I've been looking for it since then so I can read it again. However, it appears to have somehow disappeared off the face of the Internet, and I can't find it anywhere. 

Basically, the story was about two lovers, where the female was the goddess of the moon. I remember them going up onto the top of a hill, bidding each other farewell until they meet again.
