Too much pressure from shower enema

I used a shower enema about 5 days ago, and i think i used too much pressure. Ive had a small amount of pain in my bowels since then similar to mild gas pains. I've had several normal bowel movements since then, but the pain doesn't seem to be going away. The most pain is coming from the bottom right of my abdomen.
