My rule of thumb for any fetish Clovis, is that if it seems unsafe and/or you're scared to try it, then don't. Regardless of what people say, injuries can and do happen (thankfully never to me), and if you don't feel like trying something physical like that, then simply don't. Don't let anyone push you into anything uncomfortable and only try something if you feel confident you can safely try it. That should apply to any fetish or non-fetish activity, though.
