Found that there's a new play of Charlie and the chocolate factory in Japan. Here's a link, one of the photos shows a brief glimpse of an inflated Violet in the background. Tried finding more, maybe you guys can see if you can dig anything up

This is a great picture! Where did you find this one? I'm thinking it's definitely the scene, but hopefully a recording or more photos come out

There are a lot of press releases and articles about it. Use google. Maybe change your vpn to Japan. Also, they have an Instagram account:

The costume designer also has a number of images and designs up on her page, but nothing worth linking right now.
The other performers aren't inflating- that's just the design for the Oompa Loompas in this one. There are a few videos around of them dancing around. Nothing exciting for me, anyway.
I implore the community: PLEASE do not message these people or leave comments that you think are in "code" i.e. "Wow, would love to see more of how you accomplished the blueberry scene bc I'm trying to design one for a show I'm doing." I'm sure they will pick up on your pervy vibe sooner or later. The comments on cosplay videos of "interest", for example, are just cringy. Just enjoy it from the shadows. ;)
I don't have high hopes on this Violet. I don't see how a good inflation will be accomplished with that costume. Probably just a purple ball around the lower torso and waist, from what it looks like. Legs and arms will remain untouched. She'll run offstage and then they'll lower that huge sphere prop with feet that we see in the other shots. Hey, some of you will love that, though.
