So some really old youtube videos I used to watch made by a few different people involved them inflating via bike pump/ aquarium pump by puting the tube down there throat and straight to the stomach. They got really big, and it looked a lot different in the end result than the "other" option does. They also inflated super fast and really big. Now what my question is, how do you swallow the tube? I've seen a few methods like swallow something with it or practice what sword swallowers do but I want to know if any of you do this and know the correct way of doing it (applying that there even is a right way of doing this)

I would but i haven't seen any of them in at least 4 years and after spending a few hours looking threw youtube, dailymotion, vk, and random google searches i have found nothing, not even new videos like those

Yeah, I can't seem to find anything of the sort either. Personally, I think you're just gonna have to go trial-and-error on this one. My hunch is that it's something someone just has to practice to get used to.

Welllll, I tried last night, aaaaaand I think I'll leave that to the ones that are good at it because I almost threw up and I couldn't get it past my soft pallet. I know practice makes perfect and when I at one time got it at a decent distance down I could feel myself getting bigger but noooo thanks

Medics train to never touch some places, because touching them will make anyone vomit. But even if you train on dummies first - like they do in medical institute - it's still not the most pleasant feeling ^_^

it's not the most pleasant feeling as my father used to say, but it's a rare case when a patient can honestly say "I have to inflate due to my condition", not "because i'm gorgeous with all this extra me", or "i inflate for saving pink panthers", or "because that's what i do"

It might be useful to warm the tube to body temperature before trying to swallow it. It could possibly be more comfortable. Just a thought.

I seem to recall one video saying that drinking water while inserting the tube helps...but given that I haven't had an opportunity to try it I can't confirm.
I think the tube you're looking for is a gastro-something tube. I don't remember the second half
I'll admit, this piques my curiosity. The only method I can think of to swallow a tube is...to just swallow. I mean, in the hospital (having witnessed more than one family member in this situation) when they give a patient a feeding tube, the method is to simply ask the patient (repeatedly) to "swallow" as they gently push the tube to its destination.
If you could link these specific videos, I might be able to determine how they do it through observation. Other than that, I don't have anything else.
