This subject is brought to the fore in light of another thread created earlier this week. First, I must admit my curiosity, wondering if we as community have a set list of celebration/appreciations days in the year. In specific relation, the thread I mentioned before was about "Male Expansion Day." Given that male inflation is more niche than female inflation(go figure), it was an interesting idea. So do we really have anything like that during the year? And if so, how do we really celebrate/appreciate that subject?
Secondly, if such things do not exist, what would that leave open? In my mind I easily see:
Writer Appreciation Day
Artist Appreciation Day
Animator Appreciation Day(could be rolled into Artist Appreciation Day, technically)
*Unique/niche inflation/expansion* Day
All are just thoughts off the top of my head, and I'm sure there's hundreds of more options. Thoughts?
P.S.: LutherKane Day should totally be a thing.
I got a good enough response on the Male Expansion Day thread that I really wish I'd said something sooner - probably would have given people time to come up with some content. Always next year, I suppose!
As long as we're discussing additional celebrations, I'd say that Blueberry Inflation/Blueberrification Day should definitely be a thing, especially since that's what led of people into this community to begin with.
