Maybe 5-7 times my original height (assuming remaning humanoid in a vaguely parade balloon-style). Somewhat less, with the extreme helplessness of round or semi-round (egg, watermelon, weeble, etc.) inflations.
I don't envision blowing up to large sizes as being at all comfortable.

Well, over the years, I've adopted a "no-limits" kind of mindset. Bigger is better as they say. So long as I get bigger, rounder, softer, faster it works with me ^_~

Big enough to be completely round for starters. I want to be a big balloon with just my head hands and feet sticking out.
Then I'd want to get as big as I could without popping.

Expanding out of a house would be a nice start.
Beyond that, outgrowing a stadium would be another good size.
I wouldn't mind being somewhere between house and city-sized.
I still regard the size that King Looney reached in the Raggedy Ann & Andy clip to be just about right. Although, it looked like he was going to keep growing.

Being a belly inflation person, I'd go for about a 150 inch belly filled with air, then be stable there, but could get bigger. A big, tight, overfilled belly that I could rest on, beating it like a giant drum.

I've thought about this on and off over the years, and I think the biggest I'd be comfortable going (again, we're assuming popping isn't a risk here) is about house-sized. Precisely what shape I'd be rocking at that size is up for debate. Sometimes I find myself drawn to the full-body pseudo-sphere dimensions, while other times I find myself feeling more belly-centric.
So long as I blow some buttons along the way though, I'm good. XD

If we're reviving this thread, I'd go for something around the size of Violet in the new Charlie and the Chocolate factory, limbs and head being sucked in and all. I think anything past that for me would be pointless, but anything less could use a little more growth ;D

For me and my love of stomach inflation, I've always wanted the size where I can rest ontop of my stomach without my hands or feet being able to touch the ground. Personally I think it would make for an awesome bed ^^.
Hence why I hope in the future to get my hands on a giant beach ball, somewhere around 72-78 inches tall.
