Call me a skeptic to these very sexy stories from you.

But, I'm am one of those "Pics or it didn't happen" sort of people.

Regardless, glad you didn't hurt yourself, but come on, you are happy to go to the effort of writing up about it, yet you can't find a phone, webcam, laptop or camera to even take any proof of your expansion.

Don't get me wrong, you're "stories" no doubt please many people here.

But, I've come to realize most "I'm a girl" or "I did this and this" seem to be just fantasies that most people want to believe are true, so they let themselves indulge in the possibility that indeed some attractive person is expanding up on the other side of that user name.

Sorry to put a downer on this whole thing, i'm just tired of seeing words and no video or photos of inflation, be it real, costume or otherwise.

Once again, real or not, glad to see you not hurt and thank you for sharing. :)

BlowupBoy, I generally agree with you, but to speak on behalf of BalloonShaz (Newbie), I believe she does most of her posting from a computer at work, making her unable to send pictures. So there are extenuating circumstances in her case.

But for others, yes, I agree that posters who talk about inflating themselves should provide some sort of evidence to back it up. Even if they obscure their faces for privacy (like LittlePumpkin), it does count for something.

And I agree with you, WendigoSkin, that safety should always come first, even for inflation.

Yeah thats a little far, The man is only voicing his opinion, theres nothing wrong with that. He does make some good points though.

I believe she's exaggerating blowup_boy's post. If she read it, she would see that he wasn't upset with her posting it's just that he doesn't find it credible.

She'll be back after she blows off some steam.

Let me just add that I have written to Newbie (Sharon) many times and I believe she really is who she says she is. It took her a long time to come forward (indeed, she initially posed as a teenaged boy--the situation BlowupBoy described in reverse!), and she is still somewhat uncomfortable expressing her thoughts and fantasies in public. (I also believe the avatar is an actual portrait of her.) I think she deserves a lot of credit for trying to overcome her inhibitions (it was hard for me, too).

BlowupBoy, I respect you greatly. I like your YouTube channel, and your work with SqueakLatex has been nothing short of awesome (though out of my price range). And I agree with you that there is far too much deception out there by guys claiming to be girls. But to accuse Sharon of being a fake because she failed to send pictures was going a bit too far in my mind.

And I agree with Wren. You can believe her story or not (I do). But if it stimulated you, does it really matter in the long run whether or not it was true?

(I would not recommend you try it alone, however.)

I am definitely not a "pics or it didn't happen" type of person simply because the situation doesn't always allow for pictures to be taken, and users may not want to post pictures anyway. Why should any female poster be expected to post pictures of her own inflation adventures just to satisfy the believability requirements of some anonymous Internet assholes? My personal rule is, if the story and/or user is believable and consistent then I have no reason to openly question them.

I have not had any personal conversations with Newbie and have not really had any reason to doubt who she says she is or what she says she does. Having said that...

I didn't know that and it certainly makes you want to think twice.

I realize you're just trying to prove a point but this story is not even close to believable.

Finally, a big shoutout to those who posted the "blowing this out of proportion" and "blow off some steam" puns. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I've spoken with Newbie several times and she (yes, she) is not lying. I can understand the 'pics or it's fake' thing, sure, but this is EXACTLY why you find so few real women who are active on sites such as this one.

I suspect the skepticism is because last time she accidentally inflated, she said she did take pictures and would share them but needed help getting the pics off her cellphone. Well, all the king's horses and all the king's men came running giving her countless ways to get the pics off the phone. No one ever saw them.

And of course her storming off as soon as someone mentioned some doubt about her story doesn't help her case either imo. Any rational person's response would be something like "Sorry you don't believe me, but it did happen." It kinda reminds me of an incident on another fetish board. Woman says "hey guys, check out these photos I took of my breasts." The photos are obviously of different women, and done professionally (not something one takes of themselves.) Someone called her out on it, and she had the exact same reaction as newbie.

Guess the point being is, there's a lot of deception in the internet, and people should be skeptical. People's skepticism will occasionally cause some collateral damage. Whether or not newbie was trying deceive, or is just an innocent caught in someone's skepticism, I don't know. Everyone should reach their own conclusion. For those who tell their stories, expect some skepticism. You can either ignore it or refute it.

It's very difficult to share this stuff emotionally because many of us have felt like freaks and outcasts for most of our lives. I remember thinking, the first time i realised what i felt was sexual, "oh shit, i'm a pervert" and it took me so long to get over that that i was twenty-one before i had a girlfriend. Up until then, my self-esteem was utterly at rock bottom. If someone has finally found somewhere they feel safe to share this, it's not surprising if they feel their trust has been abused when they've been prepared to share this. That would even be so if something was made up.

If anyone here has managed to get to adulthood with this fetish and not felt even a little bit vulnerable, i'd be very surprised.
