Ok, so I'm not sure how old this practice is and why I've never heard of it, but I was looking up body modifications and I ran into some of this stuff. It's apparently pretty popular. A man can fill his sac with saline (Saline is most popular, although I have heard of other things being used...) and appear to have huge balls for days until the solution is gradually absorbed into the body. Best of all, it's safe and you can order legitimate supplies online. Dwarf... did y ou actually watch it? this guys not doing a saline injection... He's actually using a bulb hand pump (air) and inflating is cock and balls like a real balloon... Besides the danger of what he's doing it's unbelievable how big he inflates himself and how fast. There are a couple of other short clips of him doing this on BME plus another guy thats doing it using co2... But this guys the first I have ever even heard of thats doing it with air.

I saw a medical journal where he treated a patient who bought the kit and did it. The testicles and the water he injected became so infected that everything, including his testis, turned into one giant vat of puss and bacterial jelly. I would not recommend this.

Going to the subject, my girlfriend and me already tried scrotum inflation with saline injection; it is a really amazing sensation and your scrotum gets very big. But I think it is not a good idea to try it if you dont know a very experienced person.
Using vacuum pumps cause very similar efects, and are less dangerous.

Hi there,
I believe everyone has the right to explore sexual gratification and would never want to deny anyone their freedom! But this inflation practice is NOT SAFE no matter how careful or how sterile you try to be.
Right now, my 14-year-old son is fighting for his life in a hospital because he thought it was safe to inflate his scrotum thanks to tutorials and testimonials found on sites like this.
But this practice is extreemly dangerous and could spread infection all over the body because the scrotum is a doorway into multiple layers of the body's skin and organs, the trauma team and urologist told us.
He got air into his scrotum, couldn't get it out and it traveled into his body and into his lung cavity where the sheer pressure began collapsing his upper lungs. Thank god he had the guts to tell me he was sexually experimenting or he would have died.
He still has air bubbles under his skin all over his body. Any one of them could get into a vein and then he would die from cardiac arrest.
I'm begging all of you to treasure your bodies and take care not to harm yourselves permanently of sexual stimulation. It's not worth it and you'll break your loved one's hearts.
You have the right to express yourselves and role play and have fun. More power to you for that! But this inflating of the penis and scrotum is deadly.

As for myself - I tried to fully inflate my lower part of the body (legs and stomach) - it was fun for the first hour and torture for the next 2 weeks. I could not even walk for 3 days. My life was not in danger but my muscles felt like they were burning on fire and it caused so much pain so I could not move a bit. I knew that something like that would happen to me cause I studied a lot on this subject but and didn't think that it would be so bad. So people - if you don't know how your body works and which gases can cause what to it and if you can not overcome the pain - don't even try this! You will definitely hurt yourself or worse...
As for the story: when kids in this age do something dangerous they often don't think about the consequences, that they can hurt themselves or die from doing something like this. And no matter how many attention you pay to your kids they still can put themselves in danger...

ANY inflation is a risky gamble, and it's why we're all here. Let's leave off the pretending that 'oh this kind is super dangerous' and the rest is just so super safe.
Be clean. Be safe as you can. Don't take fantasy too far, if you can manage that. That's all there is.
This isn't a 'we like boobs' group. This gathering is about inflation and pushing boundaries. Inherent danger is a part of it.
Sucks that someone's kid got infected or loaded with air or hit a vein or whatever, but these things are normal risks of what we do, and inflation *is* treasuring our bodies to us. There's a safe way to do damn near anything and a risky way. Just try to stay on the safer side of things. That's the only take away here. Hell, women regularly use needles to inflate their breasts at clinics all the time. I'm totally needle phobic so that's out for me for that reason, not because it isn't safe. On some level I wish I was calmer about it. My wife's been trying to get me to do a saline infusion on her breasts for years now.
