The four female detectives find themselves in the midst of a massive caper. Can they deflate themselves and stop the villianous Blimp from expanding the entire town with his blimp ray?

In case anyone was wondering, Daphne and Velma are from "Scooby Doo", Josie is from "Josie and the Pussycats", Susie is from "The Amazing Chan and the Chan Clan" and The Blimp is from "Dynomutt: Dog Wonder".
