I mean, outside of an app or something designed specifically for finding others for kink related interactions, there's not really anywhere I'd say is more or less friendly than others. Given that typically the worst parts of dating sites are the people on them, whether they're gonna react well to knowing your kink or not probably depends more on the individual than the site itself. Also probably depends on how addressing the kink is approached during the conversation.

Try Feabie, Fantasy Feeder or Fetlife (lot of F's).

Feabie and Fantasy Feeder focus mainly on feeders/feedees but inflation is included there. Fetlife covers all the kinks.

I can't guarantee you'll meet someone there, it's still pretty niche and some people on there just don't get inflation, but you can be yourself and be open about what you're into.
