I know this is an old thread, but I can't help but toss in my response!
My vote goes to overstimulation. The feeling of being helpless and round excites me in a very intimate way. Sometimes I enjoy a little fear, but that is mainly from not knowing my fate while being at the mercy of my inflator.

Panic, fear, and freaking out are my favorite reactions for an inflatee. I'm not opposed to them enjoying it or getting turned on, but there's something about those reactions that make it hotter to me. Especially when the expansion is forced or they've no control.
