I'd probably delete them and have my phone scanned for viruses. Don't open unknown apps man.

Ignore it for like two months, then try to pawn it off on a friend as I do with most things I don't want.
Imagine: you unlock your phone, tap the menu and discover a new menu item there. Which one would it be? What would it do? Maybe some other things you'd see in that menu?
