Debbie And MissMolly Rehearse A Scene

Text to accompany my most recent sketch for MissMolly and HeavyMetalRox, soon to be in the gallery:

After the rest of the cast had left the pool set, Debbie and MissMolly stayed behind to run through the scene a few more times in which the Mermaid Princess (played by Debbie) saves the Diving Girl (played by MissMolly) from drowning by blowkissing her, so she can safely float back to the surface and be retrieved by her land-dwelling compatriots. Here they are practicing with a tank of rescue gas affixed to the bottom of the pool for emergency use, but when the scene is shot, Debbie will inflate MissMolly using a much smaller gas bottle that will be hidden from the camera.  Can anyone guess why these two seem to spend an awful lot of after-hours time together in the deep end of the pool?
