A question about helium

So, we all know cartoons are big on inflating with helium but what about real life? Now, before you say, "You're a special kind of stupid aren't you?" I know that it's poisonous and it's practically impossible to get as big as cartoons, but, I want to know if we can. Anally and/or orally. I have inflated with helium orally many times before but it was nothing special

A couple of years ago, MythBusters tested to see how much helium it would require in order to lift a human being off the ground.  It would require a warehouse full of at least 50 tube balloons filled with He to lift one person a few inches up.  Adam Savage was only lightly supported by the balloons.

It's not poisonous.  Poisonous implies that it reacts with the body in undesireable ways.  Helium doesn't react at all.  It is completely inert and only binds with other materials under extaordinary conditions.  It is an axphyxiant, though.  It can displace the oxygen in an enviornment and axphyxiate someone who is not paying attention.
