It's a video explaining how to inflate yourself by mouth. It came up because, as i mentioned elsewhere, one of my clients wanted me to teach her and i did, but ran into practical problems. I never realised how hard people found it before and came away from the experience with a new appreciation of what people's difficulties are with it. With that new information, i've made another video on it. I can't help thinking that some advice in person would be helpful too, and also i'm thinking of asking her if i can use a pump to show her what she should be feeling if she's doing it right.
