Yeh, it's a 2008 monster film
Yeh, it's a 2008 monster film called Cloverfield. Monsters attack New York City and the character here, Marleena, gets bitten which then causes her to later explode. It's very gory throughout and before this particular scene, she says she doesn't feel right, she's really pale and her nose is bleeding, before vomiting blood and being led away by soldiers behind a screen, which is then this scene.
I warn you, there's a few scenes in the movie that are not for the faint of heart!
