can i inflated my self or other girls with helium or co2, or is better the bike pump?

No do it with co2 but use it on a suit for them to wear

Don't use C02, don't use helium, they are both stored under high pressure, so unless you've got some high-low-very low pressure regulators you can rig up, not a great idea. You could end up hurting yourself. If you going to do it, use a hand/bike pump, or an aquarium air pump.
