I would recommend contacting these guys on youtube who have purchased costumes, I bet they can point you in the right direction.

"blowupboy" works with and/or is "squeaklatex". Go to www.squeaklatex.com. He may be able to help make that suit for you. Be prepared to wait a while for it to be made though. Any custom latex product will take at least 6-8 weeks to create, maybe more. I have not ordered from squeak but did order a custom product from another reputable company and it took almost three months to create. Be patient, you won't be disapointed.

Oooh, the ball suit and blow-up suit look really good. Get both and she could go from normal to slightly inflated to full inflated.
Still at the price of either is it still worth her being Pooko?

This would be a very fun character to make! to answer questions, yes, inflatable hair, same colours, style etc.
Different shapes and versions too. :)
