It's a costume test for an upcoming webisode series about "two snarky supermodels who are cursed to gain weight anytime they say something mean to someone."
Might want to keep an eye out for when they start posting the series(if they do). Sounds like something right out of a body inflation story.

I find it endlessly amusing that the series is ostensibly about weight gain, but the first things they work on for costuming are T & A. That's some curse :).

Bad news, they failed to deliver a complete product. Good news, they're trying again. Here's hoping they can get it completed this time around!
I've completely gotten behind the project and I hope to spur further interest. The donation stream has started to taper down a bit. You get something just shy of 4 gigabytes of content for your $20 donation. I enjoyed all of it. You can donate as little as $5.

It does seem the first episode will be focused on chest and rear/thighs/hips...but future episodes will quickly turn into all over weight gain. They're going for a cross between "cartoony" and "realistic" for the effects and based on the costume testing that was done for evidently "no budget" I think it's going to turn out great. Take just a minute to check it out, and if it's your type of thing, chip in a few bucks or more.
thanx to everyone who donated to "The Growing Pains Redux". I'm a little dissapointed they didn't make their goal, but at least some good things will come out of the whole thing. One, this shows there is support for these kinds of mainstream projects (even if it fell short). Two, the producer says he will use the current funding to pay for a professional fat suit, retainers for cast and crew, and the original producer (who spent two years worth of blood, sweat and money on the first one) will get paid a small chunk of cash for the rights to the content that was used in the donation drive.
I hope everyone who donated, liked the content they got for the money. For those who gave more than $20, I've suggested to the new producer that he provide some more content to you guys when they get the fat suit made. If he falls through on that, I'll do my best to come up with something for you myself.
