It's a nice little picture, with fun style. The problem is, it really has nothing to seperate it from the 3 some odd hundred pictures that are done just like it.
There is one line in the drawing that annoys me, and that's the long one running across her chest. It seems to serve no purpose.

First person to say the face looks weird, any particular thing that looks weird about it? I'm legitimately asking.
The line is actually part of the costume, not sure what purpose it serves but it's there.
The eye catcher seems like kind of a dick thing to say in all honesty, very vague criticism considering the kind of art that exists in the community.

I see what you mean about the line there. I think I get what it's supposed to be for, but maybe it needs some altering to achieve that better.
Face looks OK to me for the character.
The eye-catcher thing might be vague, but it seems to me also a very mild criticism. Remember that you've asked what people think. Perhaps the perspective brings most of the focus onto the face.
The Bleach picture just seems more alluring to me in terms of the subject of Inflation.
But experimenting with different perspectives is always to be applauded, so I just think of it as a viewing angle that's being a little more difficult to pull off in this case.

Well Done! I Remember Back When I Was Young And Everyday Before School My Sister And I Would Watch Sailor Moon And Sailor Jupiter Was Alway's My Favorite. Kinda Had A Kid Crush On Her Haha.
