It's a balloon woman. I liked it. If you are looking for something great maybe you'll get dissapointed, but it was better than I expected after reading the comments.

Sorry, I like puzzle games anyways so I guess it wasn't as daunting a task to me as it may have been to you.
It's an overinflated viking woman. She can roll around to fill in some gaps, or you can cut across her to pop her.

Getting to level 14 takes time and I'm having second thoughts on whether or not I want to go through it, but I did find a video that demonstrates the deflation WITH sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcK9YXeWgSE
Unfortunately, the gamer who made it, didn't bother popping any the bigger balloon women, so what that sounds like remains a mystery, at least to me anyway.
