Over 10 years ago I saw this old disney cartoon featuring Pluto, that was with some female dog (dunno the species), and they had a bunch of puppies sniffing around and getting into trouble. Some air hose starts to wriggle around as if it was a fire hose, and the puppies try to chase it down. Pluto comes to the rescue and chomps on the hose. Immediately its cheeks blow up, then its black ears begin to resemble like balloons. The second scene is a bit more interesting. The hose reaches in the laundry basket and inflates a female dress with one of the puppy stuck on the neck of the dress. If someone could come up with a montage of a blow up doll's head and maybe limbs, the scene would be a lot more interesting. Or just watch the video and see whut-I mean...
I saw this again not too long ago on youtube, but it was difficult to find it. not sure where it is now.

I haven't seen the short in question myself-and I'm not for male inflation-but I guess the imagination (and my fingers to cover the head) can be used well enough for the dress scene. :)
Youtube turns up nothing so far but I'm willing to bet it's floating on mIRC or bittorrent somewhere.
