wow you know what i relized??!! That nickolodean show Avatar The Last Air Bender, is based on nothing but elements AIR, WATER. I just cant believe no one wrote a story or drew any pictures of anyone being inflated i mean come on, if he wanted to Aang could use his AIR bending to fill katara up like a balloon. or any other character. Katara could use her WATER bending to fill prince Zuko's sister. preferably id like to see every girl on that show be put in like a game show where they are inflated in some way with CONCEQUENCES. preferibly i would absolutely LOVE to see or read that katara is bout to POP!! like an idea for a story would be like katara atempts to use her WATER bending to fill prince Zukos 's sister as revenge for stealing Aang from her. but katara's plan backfires and she inflates herself with water until she cant take anymore pressure and katara BURSTS like an overfilled water balloon. lol but thats just my opinion

I've seen Avatar inflation stuff, but I don't like it. As I've stated already, I am not a big fan of inflating characters that are someone else's intelectual property. I feel that it's wrong to take someone else's artistic idea and twist it to a fantasy (think about it, what if someone took a sweet and innocent character you made, and drew pictures of her doing something you find deplorable, like rape?)
I kinda sorta speak from experience here (though not inflation.) A while ago, I used to have a stupid fancomic of Bob and George (that old megaman webcomic.) Now, it wasn't great, but I put a modicom of effort into it, and people said it was one of the better BnG fancomics out there, and it had an original character, a super-nieve girl. Some other dude used her in a fancomic he made and compleatly reversed her personality, and turned her into a stone-cold bitch. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy. As stupid as the story sounds, after that I realized that I should always treat fan-work with respect, and not go outside of the artist's original intent for the character. For that reason I don't like seeing fan-inflation of any character that's not already an inflation character.

I agreed with degausser. That is why I created Julie Basket instead of going easy and pick a preset character from an anime or other stories. 8)
For me its not about intellectual property. Anime inflation is just boring most of the time, more concerned with cuteness and being geeky than the fetish itself. It may be an american show, but its still anime style.
Bursting? uhhh... I can do bursting but never use it towards my story. It's a inflation writer tactic to keep certain character for future stories. Since if Katara bursts, it'll ruin the point of having Katara in future inflation stories. *joking* If Prince Zuko's Sister bursts, Aang would have a easier time screwing up the story. Anyhow, there are loopholes in this; Regeneration. POP! and Reform, POP! and Reform. But it'll get annoying the fourth time around, anyone, anytime, anywhere.
