I've never seen this anime and I've heard there's some infation scenes. Could someone point me to a site that has screenshots of the inflation or a video or something?

The clip is posted around a couple of groups at least, somewhere. I can't say for sure where though. Hang in there and if I can pin it down again I'll let you know where.

Did you guys know that they are currently producing a live-action Evangelion? Apparently they've put it on halt at the moment for reasons unknown but i've seen concept art of the suits and all...I don't know what the storyline will be either, whether it is just the entire series put into live action film or not, but if it is I guess that means they'll have to cover a certain scene (I only just realised this). However, don't quote me on that a far as the storyline goes...all I know is that they ARE working on a live action Evangelion.

If you listen in the right places you hear everything my friend. It started as a rumor then became certain as most places kept putting up news about the production n stuff. Then a company behind the concept art put up said concept art on their page. Recently I read my monthly japanese culture mag (called Neo) and it said they had put production on halt for a while, and that they might cancel it all together.

Also WETA, the production studio that did the special effects for Lord of the Rings was working on it.
Despite how cool it would be to see a real-life D-Type plugsuit inflate in the movie, I doubt they will include it if they did make the movie. Personally I think its going to be futile really. The series was 26 episodes long, plus there was End of Evangelion the movie. Even then the plot required a lot of thinking to get the meaning. Try to imagine trying to fit all that into 120 minutes.
Plus the whole thing reeks of Hollywood scraping the bottom of the barrell. "Well, we're running out of old movies and TV series to remake, and them Japanese and Korean flick remakes are running thin. WAIT, I know! Anime, we can remake anime! We'll be rich, hah hah!"

I just finished watching the series. The idea of a Hollywood live action version makes something inside me want to run screaming and bring back The Angry Mobâ„¢.
Still, it might not be so bad. Maybe Luke Perry will be unavailable to play Shinji.
