Carnatic, I really enjoyed this story. Excellent descriptions throughout and an even pacing--I was able to "see" everything and the expansion unfolded at a steady tempo. Really good stuff.

Good job on "The Reception" - and yes, you have my enthusiastic blessing. I am flattered that I have inspired someone with my very first story. If you haven't yet done so, you should submit it here.
Even though I'm not really into the exploding/popping thing, I'm glad you didn't make things gory. Your story is more polished than mine and I'll have to rework it and clean it up, then resubmit it if Luther will allow.
Would it be OK with you if I based a story on "Blimp Race No. 1" sometime in the future? I really like the idea in the picture.
Oh, and great work on "Rising Inflatee". That's very much how I pictured Rachel from "The Getaway". Another inspiration, perhaps? :)

Good, I'd like it if Blimp Race began a small community, may help me with inspiration for more pictures. And what sets your work ie The Getaway apart is the loving detail that is described, very relaxed, the Critical Volume of the literary world maybe. It made me think of some of his art anyway.
