Yes, another person looking for a story

I'm trying to find a story called "The Art of Blowfish". I stumbled into it several years ago on some random site, which I forgot to bookmark, and haven't been able to locate it since.

From what I remember of the plot, it was a two-parter about some ninja chick who was out for revenge, and decided to use a little-known form of martial arts that involved inflater herself like a balloon. Unfortunately, when she decided to test it against a group of bandits, she lost control and wound-up inflating until she nearly burst. She survived and eventually managed to deflate herself, then found a sensei who would teach her how to use the technique properly. As part of her graduation, she had to duel another ninja girl, whom she promptly inflated to near-bursting with her newfound powers.

If anyone has this story, or knows where I can find it, please let me know. I've searched everywhere I can think of, but without success. It's one of my favorites.
