I was wonder what needs to be done inorder to upload something to here. I wanted to upload some of my art that fits this site, but, its not letting me do anything of any kind.

It appears that I forgot at least one feature during the site revamp: there's no place for people to submit pictures. I've fixed this. I've just created an upload gallery where people can submit pictures. Be sure to include your name in either the title or the image description so I can give proper credit.
As for a gallery, my rule of thumb is generally that if a particular artist has more then twenty pictures on the site, then I'll put them in a gallery separate from the general inflation folder. Or, if you want one, just ask :)
