I'll try to keep it short. I have read this long ago, perhaps more than a decade so it might be hard to find. In this story, Helia is being inflated against her will and I think it takes place at some school gym court or a hangar where a hose is jammed down her throat and there are large reserve tanks or such. If I also recall correctly, there were cheerleaders yelling out some words, maybe it goes like "blow her up, blow her up big". I also think there was a part when the pressure was set to maximum and Helia blew up so big that she covered the whole room.
