Belly Expansion Advice

I've been trying various methods for expanding my belly for years now, and about a year ago I found something that worked really well - only problem is, I can't do it any more.

Basically what I would do is I would lay down flat on my back (without a pillow or anything underneath my head) and swallow air repeatedly. What is important, though, is how I swallowed air. Basically I would open my mouth and suck in my abdomen (as you do when you say you are "sucking in your gut") and then I would open up my esophagus and air would come rushing in under the pressure.

Microsoft has made Avatars available to user-created games on 360, and that permission comes with some guidelines. Found the last rule on this page interesting:

I assume it's to stop pervs like us from putting huge boobs on the female Avatars. :)

Does anybody have/remember a clip that shows a pretty blond woman being wheeled trough a hospital with a large belly, saying something about the eye of a needle and then a complication if some sort occurs and the doctor shoving the cart yells that shes gonna blow. The clip stops after that. Does any have it or know where to find it? Also, any info and what she's talking about or more explanation about what's going on in the scene would be awesome.
