Would inflation be related to a medical fetish?

I've been wondering for some time, what if this fetish is in fact related to some bizarre medical practice that turns people on? I've seen some artwork especially those from Ylandra and much of those were about helpless patients being blown up by nurses to serve some experiment. I only imagine about tubes and air tanks at hospitals and at the same time a horny nurse performing some weird medical procedures at a submissive or reluctant patient. Maybe it's just something I made up but just can't shake off the feeling of an inflation scene everytime I see an airtank at a clinic.

Hopefully I'm not ghosting a thread here or anything but I tried searching about for this already. 

Does anyone have a download for the Space Adventure Cobra scene? The one with the woman. Youtube has the male segments which is nice but sadly noone on the internet through Youtube, Dailymotion, even just general google searching and the like can I find the scene.

If anyone could provide me with the clip I would be greatly appreciative.

This recent 2D-platformer game depicts the playable characters and enemies swelling up and floating through the air whenever they take damage. Unfortunately, those familiar with the Rayman series are probably aware that most of the characters of the franchise consist of quirky non-human misfits that don't exactly appeal to many of us with the inflation fetish.

I've had an idea for a while for an inflatable catsuit with a very large hourglass or pear-shaped female figure but I've never seen anyone make the shape of the hips and butt look appealing.
