Adjustable breast implants

I have been thinking about getting implants for quite some time and recently found out about adjustable breast implants that can be inflated and deflated post surgery, which to someone with an inflation fetish sounds like the best thing ever! :)

Sadly you have to go back to your surgeon for a fill up or drain them :(

 

So how long does you guys think it will take before we get implants that can be inflated/deflated from your home without any help from a surgeon/doctor/nurse whatever?

I know this is quite a popular fetish, and there are many other sites other then this one that specialises in Body Inflation/expansion.
And I also know, like everyone else, that over the years there must have been HUNDREDS of pictures, photos, morphs, etc created and put on these sites.

But what I want to know is this-are there (or has there been) any 3D pictures ever created about this?

It can be colour paintings, Morphs, etc, but does anyone know if anyone's ever actually tried to do this anywhere?

I've recently decided that I'm going to go ahead with my first ever proper belly inflation but there are a few things I'd like to ask in preparation before I blow myself up.

First, I've decided that I'd prefer to go with a water inflation but I'm not sure if I should perform an inflation enema with the shower hose or just stick it in my mouth and swallow rapidly. I've tried the latter before obviously, I think every inflationist has, though I'm a little concerned about anal water inflation and I'm not sure if it's the best method to go for at first. This brings me to the second thing.

Hey, i have been lurking here for a few years now and finally decided to register due to a minor issue i've run into the past few days.

 

I have been inflating for about 3 years but just recently i've noticed that i dont seem to be able to grow any bigger despite not feeling full, i can just keep pumping and pumping and pumping... but i've realized that i probably shouldn't do that, dont wanna pop anything :)

 

So... have anyone here experienced something similar, any tips or have i really reached my limit?
