Inflation distraction

Much as I love inflation, and imagining myself and other woman being like balloons, it can be quite a distraction at times. What prompts this little ramble is an occurence the other day, when I was being all cultural and highbrow and watching the Cardiff Singer of the World competition on television.

Why am I in to body inflation?

I'm fascinated with the way English languages combines words:

ladybird (lady + bird)
ladybug (lady + bug)
ladybeetle (lady + beatle)

Now, inflation-wise, what kind of words can come to mind?

Ladyball?
Girlberry?
Bubblelass?
...

Please feel free to throw your ideas here

Also, I'd be grateful for advice, if any of these words feels abusive to you
