Air pump inflation at 1:12, but it's an extremely wacky and snide cartoon so the boobs being inflated are attached to a character without a head or arms. 

I must've been around 8 or 9 and I watched 'Who framed Roger Rabbit'. The opening sequence where Roger got inflated by the hoover always interested me. I would rewind the tape multiple times and I guess that's where it started, lol. 

I am curious to know how it operates because it is not for profit.

So recently I've heard there was an expansion scence called sentai pink belly expansion.
