I believe it was in the 90s, but there was a CM for Coppertone expanding sun tan lotion.  There was a scene were an middle aged woman's lip expanded during it.

It's a longshot but does anyone remember this?

Probably one of my favorite commercials that include inflation in them, what is your thoughts on them? And any favorites?

Iv seen some post here about people doing some stupid really bad ideas.

I think its better to stick with dress up and make believe.

In reality there is glutes workout, and no heaps of workload would harm your butt. If you overdo it you'll get huge hips and ankles, that's all.

At the same time there is very little you can do on boobs front. There are exercises for granting better shape to the same volume but you have to be cautious even with those. As one my coworker puts it - "you'll deflate if you overdo it and it will be much harder to inflate you back" :(
